Almost every website uses them, but they are not always implemented correctly – cookies. It is particularly important to inform the site users about them and to obtain their consent to their use. The decisions of the ECJ in summer and autumn (Fashion ID, Planet 49, etc.) show how topical the issue is and provide guidance on the requirements for websites in this respect.
